Kurt Stradtman, CFNC, CPT
Founder, My Sacred Life
A Seattle transplant from St. Simons Island, Georgia, Kurt Stradtman is the founder of My Sacred Life. He is a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and holistic life coach specializing in food sensitivities and weight loss resistance. Born and raised on the warm sands of a quaint island on the Georgia coast, Kurt went to college majoring in History at the College of Coastal Georgia.
It wasn't until meeting a chiropractor that his fascination with health and human body began to emerge. Becoming a chiropractic patient, led him to research more about how the body is designed to heal itself. Soon after, Kurt began working as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), which allowed him to go into the community offering posture screenings and able to discuss chiropractic and health with potential patients. Now residing in Seattle, Kurt came to a city where, as he put's it, "healthy living is in their DNA" when describing Seattleites. Continuing to work as a CA after moving to Seattle allowed him to even further understand how amazing of a machine the human body is in regards to health and well being. Kurt became certified as a Fitness and Nutrition Coach in 2015 and Certified Personal Trainer in 2016. Kurt has attended several CEU's for Thyroid health, Adrenal Fatigue, Leaky Gut Syndrome, and food intolerance's.
